Wrong, stuxnet was spread all around the world, and in the end it entered Iranian facilities, too.
A virus enters somehow, knowingly or unknowingly, sees a system that it knows how to act against, the virus starts running, according to its algorithm, changes the values of the pressure regulator and then boom. That's one possibility. I am not sure how they did that though and we might never know.

Israel has tens of thousands of infastracture buildings, if not more.
