And lastly, about the order and arrangement of ground forces in parades, we do really need a huge improvement, but we will never be like China or Nk, I don't think even western countries can match East Asians in arrangement of parades.

Western countries don't do parades like Asians do unless they're invited to march alongside other military forces from other nations or for very special occasions to mark historic events etc... Even then their marches are very simple and efficient.

The sort of military marches you see in Asian countries are frowned upon in the Anglosphere (it's seen as something that's done by dictatorships and something that's a waste of resources).
