Yes,thats what makes all of these recent claims about the fotros rather puzzling,as theres been no evidence that this was a continuing program,indeed with only one rotax engine,even if its the latest fuel injected model,its virtually impossible for a drone of this size to carry the weapons,fuel,avionics etc.. that would be required for its mission,not to mention that a drone this size would be far more suitable as a HALE [High Altitude Long Endurance] class long range reconnaissance drone.
About the only thing that would make any sense in this regard would be the irgc agreeing to take over the fotros project and bringing it to fruition itself,as its really the only one with the degree of both experience and engineering/technological capabilities to do this.This also seems more likely in my opinion as we have recently see in the last few months that the regular branches of the military have finally bitten the bullet and acquired irgc produced drones rather than continuing to fvck about wasting time and effort with their own rather lackluster [at best] or failed drone programs,tho this should`ve been done years ago frankly.
