We are better men then our counter partsNothing wrong with it, its completely ethical, its freedom of speech according to the constitution of west
Defamatory antisemitic cartoons. Though I think some of these could be interpreted in other ways - you'd have to ask Arabs and Germans and Iranians to see. I can imagine that an Iranian could feel satisfaction at the image of the Arab enemy being restrained by Jewish history, or that a neo-Nazi would take offense an Hitler's gross nose. The actual cartoons are mainly aimed at criticizing Israel, and I don't think you will find any cartoons mocking the actual Holocaust.
Congratulations. See if anyone cares. For the third time, Iran is holding a Holocaust cartoon-drawing contest this weekend that will feature works that belittle the past suffering of Jewish people and deny the atrocities of the Holocaust.
Some 150 works from artists in 50 different countries are on display, with the top 16 finalists set to share $50,000 in prize money. The number one artist will walk away with $12,000.
Masuod Shojai-Tabatabai, the secretary of the contest, claimed it had nothing to do with denying the Holocaust, but that it was meant to highlight the plight of Muslims currently being massacred “by the Zionist regime in Gaza and Palestine.”

Still, the main purpose is defamation of the Jews of Israel and that's not at all praiseworthy.
Apparently, Western media cares since they are tearing themselves apart, same as Netanyahu and other Israeli officials.Congratulations. See if anyone cares.
Not at all. Israeli Jews are half the world's population of Jews.Saying Israel is equal to Jews or branding anything against it as antisemitism is like comparing the Satan with a potato. No one buys this 'antisemitism' rubbish anymore.
Even in the West, freedom-of-speech ends when defamation begins. And Nuremburg highlighted that genocidal defamation of the Jews is a serious crime, one that a Nazi publisher was executed for. It's funny how drawing cartoons of Islam's prophet is freedom of speech, but exposing Israel's manipulation and abuse of Holocaust and milking the world for it in a cartoon contest is called anti-Semitism and outrageous.
Not the Western media in my Western country. You see, we're very busy with the victory of Max Verstappen in the Grand Prix of Spain. Haven't seen anyting on frontpages of CCN or BBC either, by the way. Not on NY Times or Whasington Post. Not even on Fox News!Apparently, Western media cares since they are tearing themselves apart, same as Netanyahu and other Israeli officials.
Certainly you can find an article in Washington post. Not the Western media in my Western country. You see, we're very busy with the victory of Max Verstappen in the Grand Prix of Spain. Oh, I'm sure that if you work your way through a website or newspaper, you come across something. But that was not the point. There is little if anything on frontpages of the media I referred to. Which mean that, apparently, Western media are not tearing themselves apart and therefor do not really cares (unlike someone here claimed)Certainly you can find an article in Washington post.

Still, a 5 days old backpager, not a headline on the main pages. So, clearly not a hot or trending topic in 'Western Media' (or the sample I took thereof)Don't knew ,its the article
