Russia not only provided new emergency weapons Mig-29s? to India during the Ladakh standoff with China....in addition to Russia negotiating with CHina to ease up on India and release prisoners...all of that is support Russia is lending to India...Indian govt today is not distrustful of Russia and military supplies from Russia.

Turkey will also be joining SCO shortly along with Iran.

US might also be deferring to Turkey in control and direction of NATO currently...i wouldnt be surprised if US pulls out of NATO/participates only in special, focused "missions" with other NATO countries in the near future...(BUt US will stay to contain RUssia on the EU borders...at the min)

India is buying these as a bribe to Russia to support India against China.

Russia flatly declined to support India and advised India to talk to China instead.

There is no link between NATO and SCO.

Turkey can join SCO without leaving NATO.

Pakistan is also a NATO ally but part of SCO.
