RCS is not reduced like you dont just put flat surfaces but also reduce uneven stuff like antenas which contribute to rcs..

The name is Klewang Class. It was made of composite to avoid more detection from radar but unfortunately it get easily burn because of that. Since 2012 the company is doing R&D to have better composite material that is not easily burn. There is photo circulating in the internet suggesting that the new ship has started to be build.
