One Super Carrier can carry almost 70+ Aircraft . We can order a new one from Russia or US . If budget is a problem why india ordered Nuke Subs (2) , P8 I , 80+ new Fleet , 3 A/C s ... ? Am bit confused. With one super carrier wth f 18 (70) will be a Super Puch at High Sea and Real Nightmare for China isnt it ?"

You can't put your major part of budget for the sake of a one platform which cost you near about $7 billion without including aircrafts, operational cost etc. First you would see to your economy which generate $$$ . So, strong economy then good budget then good platform.
