They are. If you look up the authenticity of the photos, you'll know that there have been 3rd even 4th generation hippies living on the beaches of Goa. However there are numerous of tourists especially from Russia and Israel that come to Goa. So it can be quite confusing.

Shinigami had this been some other thread, I would have replied you in the appropriate way to puncture many holes in your notions and perceptions. But I am refraining from it. buddy two of my gf were "dark skinned".
my perception of beauty is biased to face strucuture, personality etc rather than melanin levels.
my problem lies with many other aspects of the tamil culture. but then i must admit that malayalees are guilty of considering tamils as "less civilized", although in their defence, not without reason.
