ICF's aerodynamic DEMU (front end) was designed by this firm I guess -Product Designer Reboni Saha of Mozaic | Mozaic.in
ICF SUGGESTED PAINT SCHEMES - DEMU FRONT END - Assorted colour schemes were suggested as part of the design.

KEY CHANGES TO ICF DEMU FRONT END - Some of the improvements in the second batch included better ventilation, possibility of inclusion of AC and a flat windscreen for easy replacement in remote parts of India.
ICF COMPOSITE STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS
DEMU FRONT END - Computational Flow Dynamics and Structural loading of wind speeds upto 120kmph at angles of 0, 45 and 90 degrees helped to refine the design.
They have used this design for Kashmir rail services. & i'm quite impressed with ergonomics of the driving cab.

There is. but for some strange reason i've seen drivers prefer to stand while being inside a loco.
It helps them to remain more alert.
