Months after the Galwan Valley clash which left 20 Indian soldiers dead in eastern Ladakh, the India Navy has dispatched one of its frontline warships to the South China Sea.

"We have deployed a frontline warship in the South China Sea region where the Chinese have been opposing and complaining against the presence of Indian warships," top government sources told Aajtak and India Today.

The Indian warship is constantly maintaining contact with their American counterparts who were operating on the other edge of the South China Sea, much to the chagrin of China.

The deployment by the Indian Navy has infuriated the Chinese government. In one round of diplomatic talks between India and China, the Chinese side complained about the presence of the warship in the disputed region.

For the Chinese government, the South China Sea holds an important place and they don't like the presence of any other countries' warships in the disputed region.

Sources said that the Indian side, while deploying its warship in the South China Sea region, was very clear that in view of the rising hostilities in the eastern Ladakh sector there was the possibility that the Chinese might stop them from doing so.

The Indian Navy has deployed its warships all along the Indian Ocean region especially the Malacca Straits where the Chinese enter the Indian Ocean region for going towards other continents.

Which front line ship?? Name is not mentioned.... Must be with BRAHMOS onboard.......
It's not a wise move by the Indian Navy to move its assets near to the enemy's backyard. Any mishap is possible, its engines might fail, its ordinances might explode, it might run out of fuel or it might crash into a fishing boat etc.

India diplomacy is in a mess.

If India want to send a strong message to China as well as Pakistan, SCS is not the good place. India navy is too weak to challenge China dominance in SCS. Even US can only talk, but nothing concrete.

India navy should try to patrol in Arabian Sea and Gulf, threatening cutting oil supply of China and Pakistan. Then China and Pakistan will take this message as a threat.

India navy in SCS is a target, an easy target, instead of a threat.

This is what you can expect when the whole purpose is to showcase the so called 56 inches breast instead of doing something concrete. The sad part it, the gullible masses in India will still cheer this move as a victory of some sort.

It is a good place to take a swipe at China. India hasn't forayed into sensitivities of China yet, the longer it continues the messier it can get for both of us, especially China. India first banned Tik Tok, maybe India will be the first among major nations to recognize Taiwan as a country. :)

And China will break off all diplomatic ties with India and recognize Jammu & Kashmir as part of Pakistan and cede recognition of Sikkim. Every action has an equal and opposite reaction :enjoy: :enjoy: :enjoy:.

Lol it is funny how the Indians are referring to the basically obsolete Delhi class destroyer as a "frontline" warship. The Delhi class is at least a generation and half behind the sovremenny class, which is already one of the PLAN's less capable destroyers.

Man, China has an entire map claiming AP as their own, does India seem to give a flying fuk? And what is breaking diplomatic ties going to do, they're going to stop exporting candies? :enjoy: :enjoy: :enjoy:

India is not on par with China by any means. It will be end of India if you dare to do it. I bet Modi dare not.

Do you think India would still retain relations with China if it recognized Jammu and Kashmir as part of Pakistan?

India will not be on par with China for the next 1000 years. Unless China and the US get into a nuclear war and somehow India is not involved, that is possibly the only scenario.

Does it make a difference lol! What's China going to do, give Pakistani passports to J&K residents? Without any action on the ground, there is nothing much to do if China recognizes J&K as Pakistani territory.

Yeah, 1000 years for sure,

Chinese threats are like fart in a windstorm. Nobody seems to care.

We just took 20+ your solders. I bet Indians are peace and live loving people, no one want to see a blood bath in Kashmir and Ladakh.
India is not a serious threat, at least not a threat for now. Too weak.
