Indian Navy deploys warship in South China Sea 2 months after Galwan clash

Months after the Galwan Valley clash which left 20 Indian soldiers dead in eastern Ladakh, the India Navy has dispatched one of its frontline warships to the South China Sea.

"We have deployed a frontline warship in the South China Sea region where the Chinese have been opposing and complaining against the presence of Indian warships," top government sources told Aajtak and India Today.

The Indian warship is constantly maintaining contact with their American counterparts who were operating on the other edge of the South China Sea, much to the chagrin of China.

The deployment by the Indian Navy has infuriated the Chinese government. In one round of diplomatic talks between India and China, the Chinese side complained about the presence of the warship in the disputed region.

For the Chinese government, the South China Sea holds an important place and they don't like the presence of any other countries' warships in the disputed region.

Sources said that the Indian side, while deploying its warship in the South China Sea region, was very clear that in view of the rising hostilities in the eastern Ladakh sector there was the possibility that the Chinese might stop them from doing so.

The Indian Navy has deployed its warships all along the Indian Ocean region especially the Malacca Straits where the Chinese enter the Indian Ocean region for going towards other continents.

So if hostilities resume India will lose a destroyer. Such smart planning! Moving a single ship into China’s backyard allowing China to make an example without directly threatening the west!

As I have said beforE the Indians consider their troops to be cannon fodder. Their lives are of no value to the rest

If thats Indias "frontline warship" what kind of obsolete leftovers are guarding Indias own shores?

Indian Navy Sent Warship To South China Sea After Ladakh Clash: Report

Is any other reputable international media outlet verified this?

Seems like the usual bongi of Indian establishment.

Sending a ship into a 1.35 square mile ocean should not even be newsworthy.

One ship? LOL ROFLMAO

.
Wow thats a direct challenge to the Chinese claim of sovereignty of that sea. And took place months back in june.
I bet the Chinese know about it as the single ship is more of a message than a durect threat. So the Chinese were again keeping mum , like after losing 40 soldiers in the clash.
Pretty galling for the Chinese government that even India has joined the party in thir backyard and they can do nothing.

.
India diplomacy is in a mess.

If India want to send a strong message to China as well as Pakistan, SCS is not the good place. India navy is too weak to challenge China dominance in SCS. Even US can only talk, but nothing concrete.

India navy should try to patrol in Arabian Sea and Gulf, threatening cutting oil supply of China and Pakistan. Then China and Pakistan will take this message as a threat.

India navy in SCS is a target, an easy target, instead of a threat.
The United States has not done so. Because the only consequence is the proliferation of Chinese anti-ship technology to Iran and Pakistan.

.
So, now Indians want to negotiate the presence of a ship against Chinese presence in Ladakh?:D

.
Delusional Indians don't even know their navy is not even in the TOP 5 in the world
