Iska matlab ye hua ki aap bhi naye weapons mat khareedo.....ISRO ka budget bahut kam hai....aur is age main space power hona bahut jaroori hai...network centric warfare ke liye....waise kya aap jaante ho India ka space program remote sensing se start hua tha...jiski wajah se agriculture, floods management kar saken....Sab saath lekar chalna padta hai......
