Israel will bring back all the jews from around the world which is already in procesz to unite them once again and then the temple will be build to bring back their messaih (anti-christ). Most likely it will take place in our time.

Who is being expelled? and if you mean Arabs then firstly they are not the owners! and there are no Arabs being expelled from Israel.
