did India hold a free and fair plebiscite to allow the Kashmiris to decide their future. Whether they wish to be part of India as per the 13th Aug 1948 UN resolution, under which Pakistan withdrew in troops from Kashmir ?
.

Never knew Pakistan withdrew from Muzzaffarbad - I need to read what you are reading.

UN resolution on Kashmir

B.

1.When the commission shall have notified the Government of India that the tribesmen and Pakistani nationals referred to in Part II, A, 2, hereof have withdrawn, thereby terminating the situation which was represented by the Government of India to the Security Council as having occasioned the presence of Indian forces in the State of Jammu and Kashmir, and further, that the Pakistani forces are being withdrawn from the State of Jammu and Kashmir, the Government of India agrees to begin to withdraw the bulk of its forces from that State in stages to be agreed upon with the Commission.

2. Pending the acceptance of the conditions for a final settlement of the situation in the State of Jammu and Kashmir, the Indian Government will maintain within the lines existing at the moment of the cease-fire the minimum strength of its forces which in agreement with the commission are considered necessary to assist local authorities in the observance of law and order. The Commission will have observers stationed where it deems necessary.

3. The Government of India will undertake to ensure that the Government of the State of Jammu and Kashmir will take all measures within its powers to make it publicly known that peace, law and order will be safeguarded and that all human political rights will be granted.

4. Upon signature, the full text of the truce agreement or a communique containing the principles thereof as agreed upon between the two Governments and the Commission, will be made public.

PART III

The Government of India and the Government of Pakistan reaffirm their wish that the future status of the State of Jammu and Kashmir shall be determined in accordance with the will of the people and to that end, upon acceptance of the truce agreement, both Governments agree to enter into consultations with the Commission to determine fair and equitable conditions whereby such free expression will be assured.

UN resolution is to draw the attention that's India is yet to hold a plebiscite in Kashmir under UN observation

As for your contention, that's the disputed region divided between India and Pakistan along the cease fire line , India can reclaim China occupied Aksai Chin and Pakistan administered Kashmir (including Azad Kashmir ) , what's stopping the mighty super power ?

"did India hold a free and fair plebiscite to allow the Kashmiris" - We don't need to conduct plebiscites in areas that are absolutely and legally ours. If we are not doing a plebiscite in New Delhi or Maharashtra, there won't be one special one for Kashmir. Period.

Besides I personally don't give a damn about UN. When the fanatics threw us out, the UN was not there to save a single one. They can continue to act relevant in their AC chambers in New York. We live in a world where people have to fight to live.

"Pakistan withdrew in troops from Kashmir" - BS :pissed:

You didn't apply your above rules (not holding a plebiscite) in Hyderabad, did you ? Which was the exact opposite to Kashmir , Muslim ruler with a Hindu majority,
when the Muslim princes wanted to remain independent, Indian army invaded Hyderabad in 1948 and held a plebiscite, endorsed where the Hindu majority (75 %) voted to accede to India.

you know what would be the result if a plebiscite was held in Kashmir in 1948 ???

Yup and nobody could do a thing about it.

India will do what is in India's interest and in accordance with International laws.

Pakistan does what is in it's interest and not necessarily in accordance with International laws.

Very angry, eh? Feeling like crying for the injustice against the Ummah?
Take a break from killing each other and (try to) come and take it. Or them. That's what your state tried in 1947 October. After your State did that, there was no way India could have trusted the intentions of Pakistan.

the accession of Kashmir is a fraudulent act and a subject of debate, stop crying for the Pakistan invasion,, take a break from killing and raping Kashmiris. After 1947 , what your country did, there's no way India can be trusted ..

Fools will suffer even more......ppl must understand its futile,we are not giving even an inch of land to anyone and if they want freedom they can cross over to azad kashmir

Who asked you to give? It will be taken by force.

CCP certified education indeed.

Pakistani troops never withdrew

the accession of Kashmir is a fraudulent act and a subject of debate,

By implication existence of China is a fraudulent act and a subject of debate.

stop crying for the Pakistan invasion,,

We don't cry for invasion, we simply respond to them

take a break from killing and raping Kashmiris.

And do what?, give the Chinese a helping hand in covering up in Xinjiang?

or Assist Mainlanders in bus strike?

After 1947 , what your country did, there's no way India can be trusted ..

Keep whining :yay:

I don't have the habit of making unsubstantiated post , if you have an issue on " Pakistan withdrawal " get clarification from the UN . FYI UN intervened at the request of Indian PM.

I can't help if you swallow the spin churned by your country's propaganda machineries

By implication existence of China is a fraudulent act and a subject of debate.

Since you unnecessarily drag China into the discussion, I challenge India to reclaim Aksai Chin as its acquisition was a "fraudulent act"

It does not matter if we did anything at all. Before sending the Lashkars what did India do? India sent 55 crores to Pak Govt. Gandhi sat on a fast for that! So we can see who can be trusted. But yes, you can never sit in peace with us as a neighbor. But that is only because we are still Hindu, Buddhist, Sikh, Jain and Parsi (kafir)majority.

As far as the accession is concerned - it is guided solely by the Indian Independence Act, the same Act according to which Pakistan was created. If you want to undo Pakistan, go right ahead and abrogate it. Punjab will be united, Sindh will become a part of the Union...etc

What say? :azn:
