You hide terror launch pads amongst your civilian population and when India hits them, you cry about civilian casualties. There after you kill few Kashmiri civilians in retaliation and then cry some more.

Since as of now there is documented evidence that Indian army is using civilians as shield and locals are protesting against it. If that isn't enough not so mighty Indian army is threatening unarmed civilians to kill them if they protest against being used as shield

They don't want to draw fire to their village. However well guided artillery pieces are, artillery is still indirect and can hit the surrounding areas. She's right to be scared and demand they withdraw. Moreover, would IA do such a thing in a Hindu village in Jammu?

If it was on the border, yes. They are evacuating citizens because of firing and because they are moving guns in there. Obviously the Kashmiris don't like being told to evacuate their village. I agree with the villagers. But in any area if there is firing, armies will evacuate citizens. I am sure it is happening on your side too.
