Pakistan accepts no culpability for Indian human shielding. Indeed, India is culpable for all such civilian deaths. Pakistan will try to minimise civilian casualties but we will not tolerate artillery fire into civilian areas on our side of CFL, regardless of their origin points.

International law is clear on this point. If you fire from behind civilians, blame lies with you when returning fire causes collateral fatalities.
