Shells arent laser guided.. sometimes it can land at the wrong place.. can even cause frndly firing.. if PA or Rangers wanted to kill civilians only a few civilians wouldnt have been injured.. but dozens killed like civilians in Pakistan and AK... so spare us the nonsense.
