OVERALL INDIA SPEND 100 BILLION $ IN DIFFERENT FORM ON POORS AND NOTHING CHANGES. And what does being third prove about your industry? And having been first for decades, until 2006, what does that show about your industry? And what does being the third biggest importer despite having a budget that is 5 times smaller, and an economy 10 times smaller than India's, show about pakistan's industry?

Take your reasonings to their logical conclusions. Then pause and think.

And by the way you use the word raping quite liberally. Voluntary transactions where the buyer is happy to buy and the seller is happy to sell is not called rape.
