I would rather shoot first and/or disarm. I do not believe in quarreling with an armed kid - a child lack in maturity and discipline for weapons. This is why I am strictly against teaching kids how to use guns (bad parenting).

I wonder if you compare Kids going on Shooting Spree in USA and Russia and compare it with Pakistan you would see a remarkable Difference. Its the Culture and Media that Turns you Violent not Guns. I read Somewhere Switzerland has the Highest Gun Ownership Ratio and its one of the most peaceful regions of the world. Unlike USA where we see these unfortunate events of Kids shooting at school every now and then. Violent Games, Movies, Serials Induce such Behavior etc. That needs to be checked

Training to Handle a Gun at young age does not mean you become Violent and Your Parents are Raising you Wrong. I was trained by My Late Father when i was Just 16, every Tit Bit of Handling Guns, Its Safety, Maintenance, Cleaning and how to Fire it with his Licensed weapons, under his strict supervision. While always saying pointing at the Gun "Son this is not your friend,Don't Love it. Always Dislike it but Never hesitate to use It if you have to defend yourself or your Family"
and i have grown into a responsible Peace Loving Citizen who have never ever got into a even a Street Quarrel let alone shooting. But i can Always lend my hand in Law and Order Situation if Government Asks me to in case all Para Military and Police is also Called into War and they need us to keep order or to Fight on Front lines even with minimal Training.

But yes Glorifying Guns is Bad that is what i do agree.
