Hi are there any measures taken by Pakistan to conserve water ? if so can you post some of the measures taken ?

I'm not the right guy to ask, but it wouldn't surprise me if there are, considering how big of a topic water shortage has been in Pakistan over the past 5-10 years or so.

Cant we make a Sea water desalination plant like Australia? i know we dont have that much money for a start but we can take loans from IMF for such a plant? and we can complete it in 10 years if we start from now with required investment for starting such a project!
