What do the Chinese CBGs consist of? They have only one operational which is based on their aircraft carrier. Probably three in the future, at least one of which would be located in the SCS. That leaves two CBGs for the IOR.
The TU-22M3 is provided with hard points to carry Kh-22 stand-off missiles, Kh-15 nuclear or Kh-15P anti-radar missiles and FAB-250 or FAB-1500 free fall bombs. The wing and fuselage pylons and internal weapons bay are provided with a capacity to carry 24,000kg of weapons payload. However, India would not be arming the TUs with FAB-250 or FAB-1500 free fall bombs when operating over the IOR . They will be replaced with the hypersonic Brahmos NG BVR air launched missiles instead with a range >300 km.
Considering that each bomber has a weapons payload capacity of 24,000 kg, each will be able to carry 16 air launched Brahmos NG or about 10 Brahmos along with the Kh-22 BVR missiles and Kh-15P anti radar missiles. So that means 4 bombers would have 40 Brahmos and in conjunction with the anti radar Kh-15P, would rain destruction on any Chinese CBG in the IOR from ranges in excess of 300km.
And the Chinese CBGs do not and will never have anything even remotely equal to the USN's Aegis Combat System for area defence!
QED.
Nationalism is one thing but your scenario is ridiculous!
A Chinese CVBG in IOR may consist of two carriers,
4 Type-55 cruisers, 4 Type-52D destroyers and 2 Type-95
SSNs.
The 2 carriers would easily hold around 120 aircraft
between them.
When Chinese CVBGs visit IOR, India will behave
as otherwise they will be dealt a lesson they will
never forget.

Do you even know what size of carrier carries 60 planes? And you expect to have the Chinese build two just for the Indian Ocean? What happens while they strut around, leave the SCS open? Or are you of the opinion that there will be another two or three there? Are you seeing a 5 carrier navy?
You are really such an utter bag of wind.
Stop trying to be clever as you clearly are not.
Learn what an aircraft is before commenting. Helicopters are also aircraft.
FYI , US carriers used to be able to carry 90 aircraft
max till recently. Not sure about now.

Just spewing non sense as usual, Zero combat experience with CBG, flying air jockeys, yes indeed IN is very vulnerable. No matter what India acquire, tactically any India military is vulnerable to China attack, especially their navy , Maybe Indian strategists and military planners decide after reading my comment regarding how to make Indian Navy-less, so they chose TU-22M3 at less Tu-22M3 is not part of Indian Navy and assume that it will be safer

It is Indian Navy who seems to be acquiring Tu22M3- How does that make It Navy less ?
Very smart from Indian Navy , even if China manages to sink all the warships, at least they have Tu-22M3 left so we can't claim to make India Navy-less

So that is after you made an assumption that China manages to sink all Ships belonging to Indian Navy- BTW how many Ships the PLAN has managed to sink ever ?
I didn't invent the story, the fact that India is geographically venerable vis-à-vis China thank to Tibet. Without Tibet China will be very venerable facing India because 80% of our cargo pass through Indian Ocean and we can do nothing...simple logic
zero, because PLAN don't even need to engage battle against Indian Navy
