say we can carry 20 agni 5 missles in anemy waters

for that we will have submarines and missile frigates as they are not easy to knock down. plus you don't need ICBM when you are in enemy water.

Why dont we convert INS Viraat to a Heli carrier after it gets decommisioned? Anyone?

We have seen HMS Hermes and 2 other carriers operating as commando or Helicopter carriers.

1. We dont have a dedicated Heli carrier.

2. It will enhance our amphibious assault capabilities.

for that...india is buying LHD/LPD...i think Mistral is perfect choice for us..

I would be more happy if IN would induct 5 diesel attack subs and 5 nuke subs.

2 or 3 carriers are a waste without subs.

With all due respect I Agree with your point. But my point here is will USA provide such critical technology to India??? I don't have any suspicion on American technology.

Doubt it, its pretty highly classified stuff, pretty much equivalent to F22 tech that will never be sold to other nations even closest allies. But I was responding to EMALS maturity and being implemented soon in response to your post.
