The reason is that there is less than 20000 illegal Pakistani In India and most of them are Hindus , But there are between 3-20 Million illegal Bangladeshi in India , 80% of them being Muslims who want nothing less than changing the Demography of our Northeastern States by over running them through illegal Migration

Hence we shoot these people coz we already have more people than we can handle and dont want any more extra burden
For 30 yrs our Border policy on Bangladesh was relaxed , hence some 20 million illegals entered

This is not much of a 'sorry'tatement, rather indians are justifying the killing with utter lie. Anyone reading statements from indian ministry can clearly read that. There is a proverb in my mother tongue, 'If you let a passer by to take rest in front of your house for sometime, He will go on to ask a bedsheet and a pillow for sleeping!
