china is now stabilising its markets to ensure when/if india has economic problems china will not take a big hit but a big influx. india growth is supported by the west to counter china, we all know that, who doesn't. then again pakistan does has it own problems but is getting rid of them slowly but surely. i personally think the army should control/govern the sindh province.

Retake what was on lost by Indian Military in the previous Wars. According to all Indian Textbooks, India never lost any land or Wars, so you may not have to retake.

By executing this document under the provisions of the Indian Independence Act 1947, Maharajah Hari Singh agreed to accede to the Dominion of India . and pakistan illegally occupy the land by using the force. after pakistan start the occupying the kashmir, india send army and manage to recapture many areas, but due to lack of proper road and info on the terrain, the advance of indian army was slow and the UN declare the ceasefire. and that is the reason why Pakistan is still occupying some part of Kashmir. so legally the Kashmir belongs to india.

Guys can we be practical... Initiating Occupation is not possible either it is Pakistan on India, India on Pakistan or China on India LOC and LOAC is disputed and will remain as it is.... in todays world when Pakistan is heavily relying on foreign assistance won't let her take any such step, same for India... and China too... as far as Nukes are concerned India has no first use policy and Pakistan cannot defend herself after first attack from our Arsenal of Nukes....

legally kashmir belongs to india(as said the reason above) so retake means getting back something belongs to us.

kashmir was part of British india. when pakistan is divided Kashmir was not a part of it. but raja hari Singh initially plan to become an independent country but later he drop that plan and sign the Instrument of Accession and become apart of india(which was a part of originally British india). so Kashmir Azad Kashmir and AJK were once part of india.
BTW, 3 of india's former prime ministers were Kashmirs. and those Kashmirs, with all three ruled india for 36 years in 68 years of indian independence.
