The Pakistani civilian government has always been talking about talks in a civilized way with India and every time the Civilian Pakistani government has been having approval of our army too. Hence this rant by Indian government for cashing Obama visit is worst than BS.And on the other hand Pakistan army is very much part of Pakistan and Pakistani civilian government. Looking at it a separate entity is only a diatribe of those who want Pakistan to lose its army and become a minnow like bhutan or madives for the regional bully.


And India should not forget that it was Military ruler Musharraf who gave India so much leverage to India on country of Kashmir occupied by India otherwise NO civilian government in Pakistan can take such a risk in times to come too.

And what was Pakistan doing when asking US to interfere in Kashmir dialogue.
Obama has been and is right now very clear about not interfering.
Still asking for intereference is known as 'Ranting' my lady.

Your highness you are right but not completely.Going to war is a political decision taken in the Parliament by the civilian government.Orders still roll out from the President of India.

As far as the threat goes please read his statements again.They were not threats but a declaration of preparedness or lack of it (In IAF's case against china) of the Indian Forces.He named the two very apparent adversaries(wont call them enemies China and Paksitan) as we have fought wars with both of them in the past and still have some issues.
Isn't that the Job of a COAS.
The words were taken out of context and construed as threats by the Media(foreign and domestic).
Of course you will have a different view on this,cant help that.

There are lot of evidence that Indian govt has presented stating ISI and Army has been responsible for so much of unrest in India and not GoP... so what can you tell about this?? When our GoI wants to Interact with your GoP... does your Army/ISI will keep quite???...

Last time when ISI head was asked to visit India on 26/11 we know the U turns made by your GoP....

So first bring the real democracy and engage in civilian govt authority... If you need to engage the same with India it is GoI not IA or RAW... that is the difference

You are partly right... This is a civilian govt .... so the representative (MP) elected by the people will have more power... so any bill passed at the Parliment will carry more powers.... but the task has to be signed by the president finally... He has the power to ask for change in the bill once but when forced he has to sign because of the civilian bill... Which shows how democratic we are.....

You people still not understanding... However they speak the final authority is in the hands of Parliment ... not even PM or president.. IF COAS is just giving his Point of View it will not impact anything.. can it be said the same about your country?
