we were facing these issues before you guys evev knew PAKistan existed, and we know how to sort them out...its the american presence that is causing the trouble.

Well, before Afghan war, India used Afghanistan against Pakistan. Now having been through this bitter experience,Pakistani establishment trying its best save the border from one side.
