The standards for achivement are rather low in the IAF it seems.

1 - First award for getting a "lock" on a PAF aircraft.. no shoot down. Just a lock. ( Kargil era ).
2 - Second award for running away from the PAF and their AMRAAMs missiles "successfully".

Wonder what the 3rd award will be for ?

Indians are not even looking at other side of the story, the real one. That, MKI abandoned others and now dodging an AMRAAM is something to be awarded with highest recognition. This is ultimately an acknowledgment that escaping an AMRAAM of PAF is something like never done before, for Indians. Isn't that someone should think in India?

No standoff weapon was fired from Falcon at all and that is confirm like any day. Ground attack package has no F-16 and that is proven even by the delivered munition. IAF is not telling that actually piece of AMRAAM is an exploded one and not simply fallen or even to go by the same claim, Abhinandan was at Kotli which is almost 87km away where Indians reportedly claimed to found AMRAAM piece. India denied use of MKI because it had to fly from far base due to absence of Blast Pens in IoK and now, it came to know that MKI actually saved itself from AMRAAM which means to be awarded nationally. Sorry for that.
