How would the coalition work alongside the rules set by UN? What would be the procedure of dealing with a sovereign nation not willing to host foreign forces? For how long must they be deployed?

Now we know that GCC or Malaysia, Indonesia and Turkey are not going to come into afghanistan after fazalullah nor would thee nations including pakistan would willingly send forces to wage war against Iran or enter Iraq ( a nation that reacted severely to the presence of a foreign Turkish army) ..

Thus these empty articles and lack of definition and points has raised serious questions and the coalition call has sort of become a joke...
