PAF JF-17 Order: Pakistan Air force will get total 275 JF-17 jets, According to Air Chief Marshal Tanvir Mahmood Ahmad of the PAF, the first JF-17 squadron will be inducted into the PAF fleet in the first quarter of 2009.

let the LCA become a reality and then we will be able to compare it with JF17!
by the way i guess by that time we will be flying block II or maybe even Block III of JF17 and there will certainly be upgraded and have superior specs than the JF17 block I that we currently have and whos specs you have quoted and thus they may even not be a match at that time!

I agree,the lca isn't operational as of now,so its insane to compare the jf-17 and lca,as this topic wud surely run into loads of flame baits and sarcastic posts!!!.....btw,arslan,yes when the lca is inducted in numbers we will see a improved version of the thunder....,.but what we forget is that,the lca has already called a tender for the engine and that is a start to the lca blk2 production.....,so who knows,maybe with an improved thunder,we may also see some lca-s with ej2000/ge engine and maybe aesa radars(some speculate india already imported a few from israel) in that timeframe.......but all these are possibilities,as i speak
