How the Arab Spring Killed Hezbollah

Comes back to the question of "we" does it not then?

No, it doesn't unless you want to play word games to justify your own agenda. I already explained what the word 'we' in my post meant.

I am aware of who the Hizbulla are and who pulls their strings and why. The thread is not about Palestine, is it?

Hezbollah's main focus is Israel which directly makes it about Palestine.

Agree. But the realities outside here are what are being discussed.

Which means if you want to discuss, and not touch on the core issue, you are indulging in light petting at best?

There are a lot of hate websites which promote sectarian divisiveness. It doesn't mean we want to be like them and condone such activities. The hatemongers are welcome to go to those websites if they like.

Impossible. Turkey simply won't accept it(so as the Arab League). Turkey has a significant Alawite and Kurdish population adjacent to the ones across the syrian border.

On Al-Jazeera, I saw that the Kurdish areas in Syria are without any government control or security personals since the uprising started.

I do not appreciate this habit of yours.

Of clean sweep branding people.

I have borne that brunt as well in the past, with no good reason.

Please desist.

Don't give a rat's as$. Don't pass fatwas on matters where you know NOTHING.

I suggest you wade through his posts and see the kind of virulently anti-Arab venom he has posted.

They are among the enemies my friend. Believe me, we are not stupid to create ourselves other enemies, but it's the truth, and let me tell you that the damage they inflicted on the so called Ummah exceeds what non-Muslims inflicted by multiple times.

Absolutely.

I agree that our infighting is our biggest enemy, which is all the more reason we should discourage people, from any side, who promote divisiveness within Muslims.

But while researching for one of the Iran-Zoroastrian battles (I think you were there too) I chanced upon a site called sunniforums.com

Man I have never been that shaken in my life.

That was the day I realized that we Indians have ZERO idea about what the Shia Sunni stuff really is.

Most people in India have never heard about Shia Sunni divide.

Hezbollah are Shia who are helping the Sunni Palestinian cause.

Hezbollah are not helping anyone but themselves and Iran. They have nothing to help the Palestinian cause except fuel the Fateh-Hamas divde.

Many here are ignorant of the geopolitical realities of the Post Arab-Israeli wars struggle.

I bet Mosa is thinking what Jury bazi & Auqat are ? :woot:

But Doc, Sunnis & Shi'ites get along quite well enough ! In fact the only time I personally, someone who can be called for the purpose of this recollection a Sunni though I detest any labeling just like Jinnah, had a disagreement with a Shi'ite friend of mine was at the time of the Iftar when he & I went to Pizza Hut for Iftar & I being a Sunni broke the fast 10 or so minutes before him & gobbled up the entire Pizza like a complete basterd as he looked on helplessly & cursing me, in his mind, using some of the juiciest curse words that the Punjabi language has ever come up with !

There are many theories about the Fateh-Hamas conflict and who's behind whom. The fact that the Palestinians can't form a unified front is an issue for themselves. Hamas was democratically elected and it's up to the Palestinians to sort out the differences in their midst.

The fact remains that, by engaging Israel elsewhere, Hezbollah helps the Palestinians.

@ Mosamanaia

Cant take care of their own countries, going to try and save that of others.

Coconuts.

And somehow maybe a joint operation between Hamas and Hizboullah will win them the war?? Are you serious? Hizboullah is an Iranian proxy used to gain popularity points from the commoner masses. Where was Hizboullah when the Palestinians were vying for a state of their own and gathering the world behind them? I will tell you they were condemning it that's what.

Hizboullah has done NOtHING positive. Absolutely nothing. Shooting bullets randomly is not something positive. Achieving long term viable solutions for the Palestnians issue however is. The only thing Hizboullah managed to do was give the impression that Arabs are an uncivilized war hungry blood thirsty savages. Iranian mission complete.
