In 1990 saudi arabia was crying to the USA to bring close to 1 million troops on their soil for defence against Iraq, your king knew al hasa region would be overrun within a few days.
Saudis pulled back to avoid confrontation.
In 1991 when Iraq crossed the line into khafji, the arab armies all ran behind the US armed forces to "free" kuwait, saudi infantry just came running behind US abrams tank that did the actual works.

Sadly, the Free Syrian Army couldn't declared a victory, why? because Iran sent another friggin 100,000 troops along with Hezbo-Shaytan and Iraqi army. Therefore, the FSA and other rebel sects are mostly fighting Iran, Hezbo-Shaytan and Iraq in ground. Without Assad supports, the civil war would finish month ago.

Would like some proof that the iraqi army has interfered inside Syria.

The clash of the iraqi army and the fsa was to keep them away like turkey has used artillery.

I do not deny that the iraqi shias are helping assad, but the governments army is not inside Syria as you have said.
