Our reply should be, just as india demanded partition of Bengal and Punjab (both muslim majority provinces) on religious basis, Pakistan should also demand partition of hindu majority states of india on religious grounds. Its only fair.

Plus since india does not want any muslims in india, it should start by handing over muslim majority state of Kashmir to Pakistan. Problem solved.
