Well Pakistan's Sanitation levels have not really improved as we speak around 37% of the their population dont have access to toilets themselves(2017 Data). In 2014 sanitation coverage in India was around 38% and has risen to 74% in 2017 which means India is ahead of Pakistan by more than 10% in terms of sanitation coverage.

37% of Pakistani's dont have access to toiltes whereas in India only 26% of us dont. We will acieve 100% sanitation in a few years and there is not gonna be any significant improvements with respect to Pakistan.

Their Saaf Sehatmand Pakistan has been a total failure
