That's what we are doing here. A court should not act as a moral police, no matter how noble or valid the cause may be. A court is there only to uphold the sanctity of existing laws made by the law makers.

You have any example to support your racist claim? As far as I know, most of the reforms in Hinduism in modern times came from Bengal, be it banning Satidaha or supporting widow marriages, Bengal is also far less caste sensitive than many parts of India. Diwali fire crackers are nt for God... its a man made thing for just enjoying and increasing the festivity and celebration of the occasion... i don't think any God will say go and burn crackers as i am coming... in the same way no god will say kill other animal to make me happy....

all these waking up at 4 and worshing for hours doesn't make u a purified person unless and untill ur karma are clean.. its only the actions on.which a person is accountable... all other things are secondary.... worship is good... but i believe its all come up to human action of love and compassion, faith and forgiveness, decisiveness and firmness.... its all what matter between god and me and nothing else

ya laws don't ... but now court has ruled against it.. so there is now a ruling which is against this crime..
and now animal sacrifices have become illegal too...

Animal sacrifices have become illegal in Himachal till the time an upper court/bench issues a stay order against it, it has not become a law as per the constitution, what the judge did was to give a verdict based on a particular act that may not fit into this case, and so the legal controversies. There is little difference between killing an animal in a butcher shop and killing an animal in a temple, apart from the fact that the meat is offered to the gods first before human consumption in case of the later.

As I have already stated several times, I am doubtful about the logic & legal validity of the judgement, there is a strong possibility that the court has given the judgement beyond its scope.

Supreme court may over rule the verdict... as this has hurt the sentiments of many...

You are not with your TRUE-SELF it is blocked by Maya which you acquired through looking the world with your Karma-Indriyas. That's why you are not able to see the Actual Truth.

but just thinking of everything id maya and sitting idle doesn't make any sense because the essence of karma yog is karma... which has to righteous...

ya karma is imp. but above all righteous karma is imp...
karan , kripa charya , dron , bhishma all were virtuous but in the end they lost because thogh they were performing karma but not the right one... choosing between right and wrong is very imp...
and this right and wrong is decided by ur concise....
