Hijacking faith: How an extremist Deobandi ideology rules the Barelvi major

He said so?!! I thought the one good thing about him was that he talks about other religions in his speeches, in a condescending manner explaining where the poor ones went wrong. So I thought the feeling of his followers to the other religions would be sympathy and not hostility. Which is better than having a mullah in Mumbai or Hyderabad with his mouth frothing at something that happened in Gujarat.

So that is it then. He believes all apostates have to be killed. Now we know that he has at least read that part regarding shariah. :P

You see that is where people like him are mentally retarded, there is no poor or weaker religion. We are no one to judge who is right or wrong, this is typical demented mullah mentality and i do not subscribe to this repugnant school of thought.

.
yea my mistake i thought you are defending mirza qadian.

i am only exposing mirza qadian's writings....not creating division.

Any sane person knows what that retard wrote and that's why Qadiyanis are considered non muslims in Pakistan. So what's there to expose when everything is in open?

.
FYI there was a deobandi fatwa against Zakir Naik saying he is misguiding muslims. He claims to be trained as a doctor and yet today he is an Islamic scholar with zero known formal training. He has counterparts in every religion. The freaks who try to 'compare' their religion and substantiate it based on 'science' and then inevitably reaching the conclusion that their religion is better than the compared ones.

Fine that you respect what he says. But what he says regarding the subjects I mentioned above is just plain BS. But I am relieved that he at least tends to encourage harmony between muslims and others.

To quote Obama: "Even a broken clock is right two times a day".

Zakir Naik has claimed that the creation of Pakistan was a big mistake.

If that's the case, the rightly guided caliphs would not have gone to war against fake prophets

.
They are prayers of respect. i.e: Hallowed be thy Name. they are not worshiping the person, rather asking god to be pleased with them and their spirits.

SAW: May Allāh honor him and grant him peace
PBUH: Peace be upon him, although sometimes also used after the name of ayesha ( salaam-o Allah alayha - S.A.A)
alayhi s-salām - A.S.: Applied to any prophet or arc angel such as Mikhail or Gabriel.

So , can these terms be used after the name of any departed Muslim soul?

Christians use 'Holy be your name' with reference to only GOD the Father, and not any human.

Only prophets, arc angles, Bibi Ayesha. Similarly you don't hear Christians saying praise James for he is our lord and Shepard, that position is reserved for Isa/Jesus(PBUH).

rightly guided Caliph Syedna Sadeeq e Akbar radi ALLAH
even went to war with those who refused to pay zakat.

first they refused to pay zakat....then they would have refused the ramadan fast....like this they would have continued if action was not taken by Him(radi ALLAH anho).

while people like Syed Ahmed Shaheed,Pir Sibghat ULLAH rashdi Shaheed,Tipu Sultan Shaheed,Rai Ahmad Nawaz Kharal Shaheed,Kernal Sher Khan Shaheed,Omar Mukhtar Shaheed.(mercy of ALLAH Pak be on them all) were giving lives for their country and fighting the aggressor and oppressor...........

mirza qadian murtad was writing books in support of the oppressor and telling people to support crown and colonialists.

Why?? Doesn't it make them more than mere humans? Why do they get special treatment?
Also, RA is applied after names of people who were neither prophets nor angels nor wifes of prophets...

Incorrect, it is also applied to Jesus, the actual latin is: In nomine patris et filii et spiritus sancti
In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. See: Trinity - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Why?? Doesn't it make them more than mere humans? Why do they special treatment?

They are not superhuman no, do they have a status above normal humans in heaven and in the eyes of god, YES!

Similar to Jesus who will be sitting on God's Right Hand on the day of Judgement: See New Testament.

So why do we add these suffixes?
They are given tasks by god, which they have carried out, they have guided humanity and shown us the right path and that is why when we remember them we ask that god be pleased with them.

With regards to Arc Angels, yes they are supernatural, they are made of good and spend every moment of their existence praising god.

And finally it is not special treatment, it is a mark of respect as you would show when you visit the grave of your mother or father?

No sir, its you who are wrong. The praise of the 'God the Father' comes from the prayer that Jesus recited to the congregation in the sermon on the mount. Jesus never demanded praise..

Matthew 6:9-13
New International Version (NIV)
9 “This, then, is how you should pray:

“‘Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
10 your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
11 Give us today our daily bread.
12 And forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
13 And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from the evil one.

The Christian doctrine of the Trinity defines God as three divine persons or hypostases:[1] the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit; "one God in three persons". The three persons are distinct, yet are one "substance, essence or nature".[2] A nature is what one is, while a person is who one is.[3][4][5]
The Trinity is considered to be a mystery of Christian faith.[6] According to this doctrine, there is only one God in three persons. Each person is God, whole and entire. They are distinct from one another in their relations of origin: as the Fourth Lateran Council declared, "it is the Father who generates, the Son who is begotten, and the Holy Spirit who proceeds". While distinct in their relations with one another, they are one in all else. The whole work of creation and grace is a single operation common to all three divine persons, who at the same time operate according to their unique properties, so that all things are from the Father, through the Son and in the Holy Spirit.[6] The three persons are co-equal, co-eternal and consubstantial.

Hence when you praise God Almighty, you praise the Lord Jesus for they are interlinked.

Christians never pray " Jesus, holy be your name". That praise is used only used for the heavenly Father..

Are you denying the existence of the Trinity? Its right there in Black and White, all 3 are of the same, the son and holy spirit come from god hence are a part of god.

How does it matter? I just said Christian s don't use any of the praiseful terms for Jesus, nor to the holy spirit..
