There was never such order. There were two deep advances during the war:
1) On Marjayoun.
2) On Ghanduriyeh.

Both time Hezbollah could not stop the advance, although on second time about 10 tanks were hit by Kornet missiles.

Haifa was attacked on third day. But other towns were massively shelled previously. Including Karmiel and Safed which were shelled on second day (these towns were not shelled ever before).

200000 civilians is a myth. Germans bombing of Stalingrad in 1942 was not less devastating than bombing of Dresden in 1944 u are talking about.
