Grand Son of Allama Iqbal to conest Election Against Nawaz Sharif

how Waleed being grand son of Iqbal makes it family politics?

he joined PTI quite a long ago, saying that he sees in Imran the custodian of Iqbal and Jinnah's vision of Pakistan..

I dont understand how that is family politics or anything wrong??

here Waleed is a quality person and selected to be so because of it, not that any merit was avoided, one can clearly see so from his profile, only dumb, duffer and gair siyasi janwar wont see that and do the copy paste mantra of family politics !!

use brain !!

Naya Pakistan with old Pakistanis ? I mean seriously use brain !!

Yar they simply aren't able to digest this man standing against NS, so they're trying their level best at this thread.. Sadly this is what they best come up with..

Come up with something that has substance, this is all rant by them, shows how frustrated they are seeing their clown king's end in Lahore.

Say that he shouldnt get ticket because he is Iqbal's grand son is simply nonsense... kisi achay banday ya family say koe banda aa jay tou tar tar zubanain chalti hain cheap tactics, family politics... etc, yehi kisi haramkhor ka beta agay aajay tou yehi darbari ban ker pohanch jatay hain Salameen karnay... !!

So, no N. Leaguer replied my posts. Thats just damn right depressing,am i that boring!

Why do you even bother yaar?

'In ki rotiyan lagi huwi hain Noon League say'

Off course they are going to be the biggest Chamchas of Noon League, its in there interest to be. Noon League is a Family Based Party, they derive there strength from handing out patronage to the common folk to increase there strength.

Being Iqbal's grandson is meaningless. Does he share Iqbal's ideals? his vision? his compassion?

Also, while his qualifications are impressive, what is his position, and solutions, on major issues facing Pakistan? Any policy papers?

Being a whiz at corporate law doesn't automatically translate into being a good leader or a good policy planner for a nation.

believe me it does... the primary job of member parliament is legislation, not galiyan pakki kerwana, naliyan banwana... compare that to pmln people like hanif abbassi etc being member parliament.

Just like Nawaz Shareef is incompetent... there is no guarantee of Allama Iqbal's grand son's competency... Being the Grand Son of a grand poet does not make you a leader

No but his qualifications makes him the perfect Candidate

This doesnt quite follow.

Being iqbals grandson holds symbolic value and worth, I find it preferable to be reminded of Iqbal than a feudal.

And your attack on hir credentials seem odd given that there are hardly many Options to choose from.

So this guy won't help us on formulating Anti- Terror Laws? Blasphemy law? Anti- Terror Courts? Legal Strength to Anti Corruption Cell / NAB? oh please guys look at it in a positive way, I wonder if PML-N can do it on there own without consulting someone from the party

There are extremely well educated people, with stellar credentials, who advocate socialism. Others advocate extreme laissez faire capitalism.

Credentials, by themselves, do not make any statement about a person's policy preferences. I also tend to favor technocracy over a dynastic oligarchy, but I still want to see policy papers outlining a candidate's proposed roadmap for core issues.

This doesnt quite follow.

Family lineage may make a difference to some people, but it makes ZERO difference to me. If you want to be "reminded of Iqbal", I suggest you read his works.

Replacing "jiay Bhutto" or "jiay Sharif" with "jiay Iqbal" may be progress to some, but not to me.

And your attack on hir credentials seem odd given that there are hardly many Options to choose from.

Wanting to see his position on core issues is not an attack on his credentials. It should be a standard prerequisite for all candidates.

.
First they ask you to decide between grandson of Allama Iqbal and NS and then they say how it is family politics ???

And talking about his qualification I think we have forgotten Shaukat Aziz

True. And we are in a deep Shyte for the same reason. Our masses will have to learn to vote on the basis of merit and not biraadri-ism or short term benefits for themselves or their family.

Its takes time, People will find out that providing gas to the village is not THE ultimate thing

.

Isko boltay hain nanga kar deyney wali post. Lolz.
Its a simple question PMLN walon. Are you with Allama Iqbal, are you with Jinnah? If not then you are not Pakistani. So are you going to vote for the right people this time or will you vote in the corrupt this time too. Point to ponder. Keep thinking noora league.
