To practice Islamic rituals one has to be Muslim but to perform Yoga, you don't have to be Hindu

Yoga is physical exercise. Those who have problem with Slokas, should stop chanting that. No one is forcing them to chant slokas.

Secondly, we Sanatan Dharmi accept Sufiana songs in Bollywood.. and Azaan in the society. One can come up with the argument, this is against their religion.

Are all school children forced to say Sofiana songs?

But here you want to force all school children to do Yoga per constitution, something that their religion might not allow.

PS. Just for the sake of clarity, I am not against Yoga or Tai Chi or any form of meditation, I just can not digest the fact that it is forced per constitution in a country which claims to be secular.

1) It is not just about Hindus and Muslims, there are countless other minorities living in India with a lot of different religions.

2) How can you be tolerant to other minorities, if you force them to do something per constitution, which your religion promotes but their religion does not allow. And still call yourself secular?
