I dont know if there is a logic behind it but my assesement is that
majority Indians these days are extremist nut cases and nut cases cannot live with sane people, for a nut case a sane person is Pagal and just like we cant live among Pagals so cant nut cases amongst the people with sound brain, just like we say Push TTP out of Pakistan into Afghanistan they want to push people with brain out of India to Pakistan...Its like push east Philosophy.
