After reading Asim's comment at the end, I have a simple question. Why weren't those who rejoiced on a shoe being thrown at Zardari or Bush, meted out the same punishment? (that is also violence)

Why are those who rejoice on Indian army soldiers being killed by militants and other such cases not meted out the same punishment?

Violence is violence, no matter whom it is inflicted upon unless of course you want to project that, "Violence against things we support is not justified and violence against thing you support is."

What I understand it as, is that an admin got upset seeing what other Indian's think about one of the poster boys of the so-called Kashmir movement and hence the punishment to everyone in that thread.
