I am living in U.S. which has been having a very divisive government for about 7 years now. But the complete lack of difference of opinion in both parties regarding how to respond to these attacks surprised me. Not a single Congressman or Senator murmured about sending two Carrier Groups and Biden essentially hinting that we will go to war if anyone as much as drops a hat in front of us. No question of War Powers Act, Authorization for Use of Force renewal, emergency budgetary appropriations, nothing. It is so surreal that I feel I am living in China or someplace else. We are so used to see debate, bickering, disagreements etc., all the healthy democratic process bodily functions. But this degree of unanimity feels shockingly disagreeable.

That's because Biden was not Pro-Israeli before this attack, and if it was GOP at the helm instead of him, we probably already be in war and have boots on the ground alongside Israeli. What Biden did here is actually a very small token of action, I don't know whether or not he will follow up and actually use those asset

What defensive suite should transport helis use against Israeli AD if aid was to be flown in ?

Probably wouldn’t use helicopters but faster and larger transport planes doing air drops. First defense is politics, annouce you are coming in 10 minutes before you are over the drop site. Also make sure you have good EW jammers and decoys like Mald-J. The Turks could test out their Mald-J equivalents, flying them from Turkey, escorting the transports, and back to Turkey.

But a flight of say 30 CN-235 flying down the coast would give it away, because I’m sure IDF F-35s and F-15s are doing CAPs.
