No, but you missed reading the Geneva Conventions which ban:
* Perfidy - civilians taking part of war.
* Indiscriminate firing on population centers
* Targetting civilians
* Using protected locations like hospitals for military purposes
* Transporting weapons in ambulances
* Taking civilians as hostages
* Not prosecuting Palestinian war criminals
* Killing of hostages
* Threatening journalists to ensure that they lie.
Hospitals which are used for military purposes are legal targets, unless the military activities are stopped after a warning. They also needs to be clearly marked.
Hospitals may be intentionaly bombed, bombed by mistake, or affected by bombing of military targets near the hospital.
Noone has done carpet bombing since the Vietnam war B-52 strikes.
Ask them.

Despite dropping 6000+ bombs (3-6 thousand tons of explosives) on Gaza and imposing a total siege, the Palestinian resistance are still able to conduct heavy rocket barrages deep into occupied Palestine.
It is evident that Israel is not able to detect or prevent rocket launches even in tiny besieged Gaza.

In March, China helped broker a deal to restore diplomatic relations between Saudi Arabia and Iran, two archrivals.
