Hmmm i seriously wonder if both Pakistan and India are both being taken on a ride. Pakistan spends big bucks and gets new weaponry, to counter that India spends big bucks and buys new weaponry, then to counter that Pakistan spends big bucks.........................its a vicious circle and other countries are profiteering

That's the nature of an arms race. Perpetual cycle of insecurity and threat that the other side has better weapons so you must continuously upgrade.

What i have learnt from history so far is that US make allies based on its own interest, once it has achieved its objectives it throws the ally under the bus. Currently US wants to use India to counter China and also wants a big piece of the Indian arms expenditure pie.

Its good that they believe we are acquiring a missile without first acquiring long range sensors that will be required to target Indian platforms.

Mixture of subsonic with high super sonic is a deadly combo will be extremely difficult to defend against if used in combo...

U cannot tune sensors to pick up both extremes simultaneously..

My guess is when your ships are busy looking at supersonic ones... The sea hugging sub sonic ones will easily be missed
