I am surprised as the magnitude of the construction some of these stones are GIGANTIC how did people construct these monstrous buildings

I must admit Iran is one great country , its so close to European climate ... and in fact even better
because it does not freezes like Europe does

Pakistan should really try to kick start trade and tourism to Iran I would love to travel thru Iran as a tourist and see its vibrant colors and beauti ..

Lahijan ,Gilan Province

Lake Urmia

Lake Urmia is a salt lake in northwestern Iran, near Iran's border with Turkey. The lake is between the Iranian provinces of East Azerbaijan and West Azerbaijan, west of the southern portion of the similarly shaped Caspian Sea. It is the largest lake in the Middle East, and the third largest salt water lake on earth, with a surface area of approximately 5,200 km² (2,000 mile²), 140 km length, 55 km width, and 16 m (52 ft) depth.

Holy shrine of Imam Reza
Ali ibn Musa al-Rida (known as Imam Reza in Iran) (Eleventh of Dhu al-Qi'dah, 148 AH - Seventeenth of Safar, 203 AH) (Approximately: January 1, 765 - May 26, 818) was the Seventh descendent of the Islamic prophet Muhammad and the eighth Twelver Shī'a Imām. His given name was Ali ibn Musa ibna Ja'far. Imam Reza is buried in Mashhad, Khorasan province of Iran. His shrine is visited by millions of Shiites each year.
