no matter how much AID we get it will be useless as long as it doesn't filter down to the common man! so they triple it or quadruple it we will be getting no where!
our problem is not AID but our problem is corruption! and the problem with aid is there is a famous chinese proverb:
you give a man a fish he will eat for a day you teach a man how to fish he will eat for a lifetime!
when in the 60s china got an earthquake the world pledged support! the chinese said NO THANK YOU! we will help our selves!
the people who survived the earthquake were employed to help their fellow citizens! paid by government! unlike us we made our survivors stand in lines to get food! WE ENCOURAGED our "victims of the earthquake" to learn begging standing in lines!
instead of getting them involved! same happened in the IDP matter!
as a nation we are finding it easier and easier to just stretch our hand out for money instead of trying to work for it!
