Unlike in Turkey which counts its population by number of Turks, excluding Kurds, Armenians, Arabs and others, Iran counts its population as a whole. Since all are Iranians.

And then there is this other nation, that is striving to make industrial scale nuclear fuel and satellite launchers. Some other nations, want to destroy these capabilities and make this nation another apricot producer. This nation refuses and then pays the price for its independence.

Got the point now? It is not about civilization or wealth. It is about being the world's largest apricot producer or a nation that produces different forms of energy, instead of importing it.

That is because Iranians are not racists. We have had intermarriages for thousands of years of Iranian history. Unlike in Turkey where a Turk marrying a Kurd is seen as a traitor. In Iran there is no pure Persian, Azeri, Kurd etc etc.

We do not even in Iran think who is Persian, Azari, Kurd...
Iran is a united country unlike Turkey which has racial problems, because they don't belong to Anatolia, they belong to Mongolia .
But Iranians from every race belong to Iran, not only Persians.

Thousand of years? Farsis have self rule for the last 100 years. Before that you were always ruled by Arabs and Turks like Seljuks, Safavid, and other Turkic dynasties. If Azeri in Iran get independence, nothing would be left over of Mulahstan.

You might want to reconsider that since even apricots are technologically more advanced than what Iran has came up with so far. Which is nothing except for a cardboard jets, RC planes which are supposed to be UAVs, North Korean and Soviet junks which are supposed to be indiginious military systems, etc...
