same goes for EVERY country around the world... Big Guns do not give you peace neither security... it just give you the opportunity to show your muscles when you are on the ring...

Well again...it's the same as every country... Armed forces is to secure the "outside" and the "Inside" power...
And be assured monarchies or/and authoritarians regim will always exist... even in those so called Western or developed countries... when the world around is changing faster than yourself...ppl will feel insecured and therefore will seek a "strong" leadership...whatever it's a rightfull one or not...

And the first enemy of the House of Saud are neither Saudis neither brothers neither Iran or the west... it's their own fundamentalist among them... the House of Saud already felt the fire in Mecca few decades ago... and they will mostly feel it again...
YOu can't have more than One King in a kingdom...

Saudi's can buy all the best defence equipments from all over the world but that will not solve their core insecurities and regional issues.
