With Both Venezuela and Argentina we could discuss a Barter trade deal

> Fruit (Goods) Argentina in exchange with 18 units
> Oil (Discounted, Oil) Venezuela in exchange with 18 units

Plus cetainly room to send out some wheat or flour out to Venezuela
Certainly a good chance to buy and store oil in Pakistan

An exchange program for 18 Unit is a minimum detterant and also helps Pakistan with building it's national reserves by few extra weeks (Oil reserves)

Pakistanis Love Tomatoes in our dishes

Since our airlines no longer flyes some routes in USA , the planes can easily be shifted to bring some freigt from Argentina to Pakistan on direct flight
