Israel can not engage Hezbollah in a new war, nevermind Iran.

They can't attack you on their own. The only thing they can do is to delay your nuclear program by launching selective air strikes on some facilities, but not the entire nuclear infrastructure.

As far as I know US refused to sell MOP (Massive Ordnance Penetrator) to Israel which is needed to destroy some of underground enrichment labs so I doubt israel can launch a successfull attack all alone.

Hezbollah cannot afford opening second front as it would lead to collapse of Assad's army in Syria of which they form an important part.

You can take it as flamebait if you wish to, however the meaning is quite clear. You cannot hope to attain interests out of a region where another superpower has projected/projecting power. You would have to pursue your interests independently not seeking opportunities from situations generated by other superpowers. You can keep doing it but only thing you get by doing it is 'unwanted leftovers' not 'strategic interests'.
