Yeah I have been. Funny, if he was in it then he'd have to have the commander of the Northern Command on-board. The COAS can't even order troop movements in that sector without the said commander's permission...so much for toppling a government.

How is the COAS supposed to topple a government? Hire assassins? Political machinations? With what authority? He is going to need boots to run his plan along? Where will the boots come from? He will need the support of the commanders of the army- ALL the commands- since toppling even a singular state government would be considered going against his constitutionally mandated directive and would bring all hell down on his head- he'd need everyone on board as a safety net.

Yeah he apparently tried to "siphon" some 2 crore rupees. The General who blew the whistle when he was offered 15 Crore rupees as bribe, decide to "siphon" the money, and was stupid enough to keep a record of all of it
